Yes you can't get the 25bps MIP anymore for Green, so it could go to I believe, 65bps if it doesn't have anything else. But the rate usually doesn't have the MIP built into it it's charged on the outside. But it will be a up front cost which is even worse. I think deals with Firm's issued are still allowed to be grandfathered in. But considering you can't even get a hold of legal Firms haven't been getting released at all.
