Typical age range for top MSRE/D programs (MIT, Colombia, etc)

Are these programs typically filled with kids that just finished undergrad (i.e. 22 - 24 year olds)? Or is the average age similar to a top MBA program (i.e late 20s)? The class profiles of these programs are a little less transparent.

I didn’t know Colombia (the South American country) had a MSRED!

In all seriousness. I think it is mostly upper 20s

Upper 20s when I went a few years ago.

Age range was probably 22-39. Most people had a minimum 3 years work experience. Would be hard to get an associate role without previous finance/real estate experience. Many will take analyst roles and some will have higher roles depending on experience.
