UK MM REPE Comp Progression
I know it varies a lot, but interested in a rough guide.
Read an anecdote that analyst entry level is around £70k all in (50-60 hour shop). Interested to see how this grows and when carry kicks in.

70? Sounds a bit high for MM
Bump, also interested
Closer to 50-60
Generally isn’t it 70-120k Ana, 150-200 Asso, 250+ VP ?
Have seen some analysts at larger funds get 100k base 100% bonus.
Lol no, you're wildly off
50-60
80-100
125-150
Then it's anyone's guess

Currently at a start-up REPE shop and have 4.5 years experience. Base is £90k and target bonus is 100%, so all-in £180k.
How involved are you in the ownership (i.e do you get equity, putting in startup hours etc)?
Congrats man, from an outside view this looks amazing.
