Undergrad for RE positions?

What undergrad should someone pursue for the following 3: REPE, CRE Brokerage, RE IB?

Also what undergrad degree should pursue for RE Dev. I assume something finance/business related but someone told me that civil engineering or construction management is better for CRE Dev because it's more construction than it is business/finance, how true is this?

Finance. Construction management if you want to deal more with the construction, finance for everything else you mentioned. I work in REPE doing multifamily development, would not have gotten here as quickly as I did without finance. The money is not made knowing how to put a building together, it is made by creating all the jobs necessary to put the building together, making deals. Maybe you like construction more though and if that is the case you will make more doing something you are passionate about.
