I have been talking with several firms in the GSE Underwriting space (W&D, NKF, Berkadia) in Orange County, CA and I am coming into some final rounds of interviews for an Underwriting Analyst position. I have 1.5 years of experience in valuation at a large brokerage (CBRE, NKF, JLL, CW). What's a typical salary for a role like this? I would be relocating from a secondary western market and the COL is insane over there in CA. Thanks in advance.
