I have an offer from a large commercial mortgage broker and I need help. The interviewer quoted some huge numbers (500k+ in 2 years?) but the base is so low initially that I would have to scrape by in NY. Any thoughts on realistic comp - how long it takes to build a significant book, market outlook, and if there are potential buyside exit opps. Please help I need to make a decision soon.
