U.S. Bank Commercial Real Estate Credit group
Does anybody have any info on U.S. Bank's Commercial Real Estate Credit group. Recent deals/typical deal size/etc.

They're a major SBA player. I rarely see them on conventional non SBA SoCal deals.
They have several different groups. They have one group which does smaller deals, $1-15MM and another group with does bigger deals, $20MM+. There is a "gap" in the $15-20MM range.
US Bank is heavily "relationship focused" meaning that they function more as a private bank than a typical commercial bank. In other words, the focus is much more on the sponsor's financial statement than the quality of the real estate.
