Using investment sales as a springboard onto the principal side
To all the commercial real estate brokers in investment sales how well does that career track prepare someone for investing in their own properties? I would like to begin building a CRE portfolio in a few years and transitioning into a career in commercial real estate brokerage is very intriguing to me because I feel it will help me become a much better investor.
