Using technology as advantage in investment RE sales?
Commercial brokers were very helpful in the days before the internet, as they held great knowledge in knowing the market and who owns what when someone came to them to either buy or sell. Now with the internet and sites such as loop net and costar, anyone can get a feel of the market and find properties for sale.
Is there creative ways that brokers can can take advantage of this situation and stay relevant (and make a lot of money too?)
