Valuation>Leasing/Tenant Rep
I am currently working in Valuation at a (CBRE/JLL/C&W) and looking to transfer within the company to the leasing/tenant rep side of the business. I am planning on taking some REFM courses and was wondering if any one had any additional recommendations on how to prepare for networking/interviews? I have been in my current position for only a few months and hoping to switch over to the sales side as soon as possible.
Also does anyone know if REFM is doing there EOY discount?
Wouldn't you already have that experience (REFM basically teaches valuation techniques) from your current role? Also, you don't need any of that knowledge in leasing.
