Valuations/Appraisal Exit Opps
I've been working in valuations for one of the largest service providers in my country for the past ~2 years (graduated from a top school, had limited internship experience) and am looking at making a move.
I wanted to see what everyone's thoughts are on the exit opportunities available to someone that has valuation experience.
Edit: Located in major Canadian city.

Asset class? If it's land valuations, you can exit to a developer.
If it's hotels, well, you're fucked.
Other asset classes, you can go anywhere.
Depends on what you want to do. Exit opps are limitless.
You can transition into investment sales brokerage or do REPE. I would say that exiting to a top fund like Brookfield, CPP, etc is rare...but doable. Just search on linkedin.
