Venture: When will you start?
Recently read the post about using an FHA loan to start experiencing ownership of real estate. At what point do you plan on venturing off on your own? What would you like your first project to be? It seems every analyst I've met has some sort of exit plan.
On the other hand, how many of you plan to grow your real estate careers at xyz *shop? How many of you aspire to be partner at *xyz?
