Walker and Dunlop (NYC Office) - Thoughts?
Last post I saw about this was from 2018 so I'm looking for some fresh opinions...
I know they recently brought in the team from AKS Capital Partners, but does anyone have any other pros/cons?
I worked for Aaron's team at JLL and if you get an offer / decide to work there, don't expect hugs and kisses. They will work you into the ground and not think twice about it. Talking until 11:00pm-1:00am each night, especially if you have live deals. Weekends too but not as much emphasis on facetime.
If you do decide to go that route, really make sure that's what you want to do. I saw a good amount of staff come in and leave within months because they couldn't handle the stress.
