Anyone have updated information comp/culture at walton street in chicago? Comp particularly for associate level in acquisitions or AM

Can’t speak to comp but have a couple friends in the industry who have worked there or currently work there. I have heard culture is better than Harrison Street but still rough for Chicago. 9am-10pm is the norm and there are VP/Director level guys who like to sit around for optics until 12am+ causing juniors to be stuck in the office. This was all heard pre-covid so take with grain of salt. If I had to guess, comp would be pretty good. They also seem to promote quickly and often so folks do tend to stay. The folks I know who have left have had great exits but don’t fit the “hardo” mold of the ones who have stayed haha

Not a single director/VP at my megafund (funds larger than walton street's) regularly stays in the office past 9pm. They occasionally will when there's a live deal or will work from home if the occasion calls, but def not day in day out
Even staying until 9PM at that age sounds like absolute ass
