Is anyone familiar with this company? They're the biggest firm flipping residential single family houses on the west coast, and they seem to be involved with debt capital markets. Since they focus on distressed assets I think it might be appealing with raising interest rates but I'm wary of taking the company seriously since they don't focus on commercial transactions. Any thoughts?
