Weekly call

Hello everyone,

I'm quite new here, so will start with a very short introduction. I'm working for a RE investment firm, based in the Netherlands with ~7 years experience.

I like to discuss the equity markets and compare those to the illiquid real estate markets. Besides that, I would like to improve my English speaking abilities, which are okay/good but could be better. So I had this thought: are there people here who would like to discuss the markets with me in half an hour on friday morning for example? I could help you with understanding the real estate markets, the investment world, finance in general etc. and you could help me with my speaking skills.

Hope this is not a weird request... but appreciate serious reactions!

R

Is everyone that works in real estate in Europe trilingual? Or do most people speak English? Or is it a bit of both?

I’ve seen some job postings in London and Paris and it made me wonder how important language skills might be in European real estate
