Hey guys.. I have a phone screen next week for Wells Fargo Financial Analyst program specifically for CRE. Originally thought this was for recent grads but figured I’d apply and ended up being reached out by HR. I know WF is notorious for behavior questions on initial screens and then technicals for in persons.
I obviously know this is a tremendous program and one I would love for but can anyone shed any light on culture/hours/comp at WF in their CRE group?
