Welltower Associate - WLB, Culture, Comp/bonus
Does anyone have insight into Welltower and the team in NY? I see they have an associate role open in that office and looking for insight.

High pay. Rough hours.
The role pay range is 135-165k plus bonus. Any insight as to what to expect for bonus? What are avg weekly hrs?
I don’t know what your specific bonus will be but I know they pay very well. Expect 70-80 hours a week. And it won’t ever slow down. I know high up people there and they still work 70-80 hours per week. Plus lots of travel.
Interested as well as I saw an open role for an Investment Associate in Dallas.
They have done some interesting deals that I have used in comp sets. Also worked on a deal with them that died.
Seemed like smart and capable people. Would imagine it’s sweatier but decently compensated. Consistent with what others have said above
