don't really understand the question. Haven't had issues--as long as you do a good job defining what you need their scope to be (ie, you find something suspicious in a Phase I ESA and come up with a well-developed strategy for Phase II testing), environmental guys are usually OK. The biggest problem we have is wrestling over indemnification provisions in their contract.

"rmgwaves" was asking you all because you order the reports...what are biggest deal hurdles that come up when it you order enviro and engineering reports

Gonna have to echo the above; what's the actual question? The biggest issue with ordering environmental reports is that you might have a REC. Ditto roofing or something for an engineering report. Are you asking what specific items pop up a lot? If so, you'll have to be more specific, since the problems with a pre-war walkup are vastly different than a 80s office tower.
