What are examples of work that your firm has outsourced overseas?

We are trying to find more work for our overseas to be trained on and do but would love to see the scope of work your firm has outsourced, so far we have trained our overseas team to spread rent rolls, operating statements from source docs into our model, run crime searches, pull tax bills, summarize third party reports, etc. Appreciate any insights. Thank you!

Pretty sure OP means submarket and property level crime searches, not tenant-level. So an acquisitions lens, not leasing one.

I have also heard of overseas support handling rent surveys (pulling in comps & rents), data pulls from RealPage or YardiMatrix (development pipelines, sales comps, etc), and lease file audits during DD. Unrelated to Acq, I’ve heard of firms using overseas for basic accounting, either property-level or things like expense report review.
