What are the hours like in REPE across different strategies

Hey everyone, I am trying to get a genuine feel for what the hours look like in real estate private equity. I have heard everything from pretty normal to banking lite depending on the strategy and the firm.

If you are happy to share, it would really help if you could include:

  • Strategy core core plus value add opportunistic development real estate debt
  • Location London Europe US and roughly fund size or platform type
  • Level analyst or associate
  • Typical week hours and what busy weeks look like around bids IC and closing
  • How often weekends come up

I am just trying to sanity check expectations before committing to a path. Appreciate any insight.
