What are the top offices within the Big 3 (CBRE,JLL,CW)?
Which cities would you want to work in if you were working for one of the Big 3? Which office among these three offers the most growth?

Well, this might be a WSO first, ranking offices within firms! The IB forum is going to have to work double time to top this one!
Well aren't there certain Brokers that would offer really good growth for someone young if you are able to be part of their team? Major markets are almost always better since geography is a huge part being a CRE broker.
Sure some brokers and their teams are better than others, no question. I am just making fun of the WSO tendency to generate lists and rank them. In this case, I really don't think comparing the office teams of CBRE in LA to the retail teams of CW in NYC will make a lot of sense for example. Just too many factors and very subjective.
The forum is going down the toilet. No interesting or worthwhile topics where people can actually discuss what is happening in the industry or network. Every topic is "who got a hirevue invite after applying to that summer analyst opening" and "How would you rank every brokerage". The worst by far was the recent "How to start an International RE Family Office". I mean... for fucks sake. OP on that one was like 24.
Amen, glad I'm not the only one who's noticing the trend
Everything is market dependent... I'm not even sure I understand what this question is about.
FYI - top brokers don't post analyst positions online. They poach from clients and competitors alike. So if you're trying to get on Stolly's or Appel's team, I hope you have worked with them in the past.
The second part is more my question, city isn't the correct word, I guess I am asking who are the best brokers among the Big 3?
I think you just hurt the Eastdil people's feelings.... they would say they are better than the Big 3
Again, this is market dependent. Where are you located?
