As someone who works in CRE and is interested in Comp Sci and tech in my spare time, I've heard about PropTech for a while now, but I've yet to see anything that seems like it could genuinely be disruptive to the CRE industry at large (residential is a different matter, and it may be disruptive in quite a negative way). I'm admittedly also a little bit unsure of what could be developed to truly disrupt the industry considering how many 90 year old long time owner families I work with.
What are your thoughts?
