What are your top 5 Work-From-Home Ideas/Tips/Rules that optimize the experience?

Some of us RE folks are back to the office and others are still doing WFH.

What are your top 5 Work-From-Home Ideas/Tips/Rules/Tools that truly optimize(d) the experience?

Mine:

1. Be suited and booted (dressed like going to office) and at my desk by 8:30am no matter what.
2. Use two 24”+ monitors not strictly a small-ish size laptop screen as my work station.
3. Go for a 30 minute walk outside non-negotiable, rain or shine.
4. Keep regular and consistent hours.
5. See a good friend or family member (not in the Real Estate industry) min 2x a week for coffee in person (stay social beyond/outside work).
---
6. Get a good set of noise-canceling "over the ear” bluetooth headphones (phone call enabled).
