What do institutional landlords look for when selecting an investment sales broker/team?
Given that investment sales brokers in general are seen as a commodity, what are the qualities that institutional owners look for when selecting a team. What qualities and/or practices do they seek that are typically lacking amongst average investment sales brokers?
