What do you look for in the business newspaper? Other than RE?

I'm doing research on what the the buy side, RE, get from reading their business newspapers, WSJournal, etc. I'm hoping some monkey's can help me out.

  1. Why do you(your firm) read/subscribe to the newspaper? Obviously it's important to keep up in the news for investing purposes but more specifically, what are you looking for? Exits, recent funds?

  2. What is the sections you visit most in the newspaper? e.g. anything on WSJ Pro?

  3. How often do you read the paper via your phone vs your desktop? Do you read it just at work or lunch?

  4. Do you read any up on any other industry sector, other than the real estate section?

I greatly appreciate all genuine participation, thanks.
