What does it mean when HR wants a phone call to connect with you although they're not hiring?
After sending my resume to a developer, saying I'd like to meet, HR said they got it and wanted a phone call. They weren't hiring, but wanted to connect.
Has anyone had this happen?
This is the same situation as when a chick's profile on a dating app says 'looking for friends only'.
