What Happened to CRE in the early 90s? No buildings seem to be built then.
I've noticed there are very few commercial and multifamily buildings constructed in 1990-1995. A shit ton of late 80s and some late 90s, but nothing in between. What exactly happened in this period? It seems more prominent than the gap between 2010-2014.
