What is a corporate lease?
A corporate let is when a firm, rather than an individual, takes up a residential leasing arrangement as the tenant. As a licensee of the tenant, an employee can then inhabit the property. (It's vital to note that if any of these fees aren't paid, the corporation is totally responsible.)
