What is a good AFFO/SqFt
The title explains it, wondering specifically for the industrial real estate market. I understand that AFFO is basically the EBITDA of CRE and SqFt is obviously important. I was wondering what a good investment would represent. Also, if I am looking at this in the wrong way please let me know I have a RE interview coming up.
