What is better - AdventuresinCRE or REFM Class
Hey guys, I wanted to get my two interns something to close out the year and decided they could use a paid for modeling course. So the question I have is what is better - the AdventuresinCRE course or REFM certification? I know both are pretty new but I would like to hear from anyone that has taken the class. Thanks for any feedback,
I paid and went through the REFM courses 1-3 and it was decent. However, I think I learned more from AdventuresinCRE's free/pay what you're able stuff than the REFM courses, so I would guess AdventuresinCRE would be better.
Second this. Did both and couldn’t understand the refm course until I spent time with adventures in cre. Both are valuable but adventures in cre is very easy to understand whereas refm expects you to have base knowledge on re finance Edit: just talking about the free material on adventures in cre
I just completed A.CRE. Could not give it a strong enough recommendation. Spencer goes through every detail very clearly and you will come out of the program much more knowledgable and confident in Excel. I am now looking to get the Levels 1-3 REFM courses as a supplement. A.CRE seems like it would be the better starting point.
