What is better - AdventuresinCRE or REFM Class

Hey guys, I wanted to get my two interns something to close out the year and decided they could use a paid for modeling course. So the question I have is what is better - the AdventuresinCRE course or REFM certification? I know both are pretty new but I would like to hear from anyone that has taken the class. Thanks for any feedback,

Second this. Did both and couldn’t understand the refm course until I spent time with adventures in cre. Both are valuable but adventures in cre is very easy to understand whereas refm expects you to have base knowledge on re finance Edit: just talking about the free material on adventures in cre
