What is the best online Real Estate training course?

I'm currently in my senior summer internship as an investment analyst for a boutique asset manager. I get some exposure to the firm's commercial mortgage placement which has solidified my interest in pursuing a career in real estate. I am interested in taking one of the online courses and wanted to see if I could get some better opinions on the programs. To me it looks like REFM focuses on the fundamentals, BIWS does some REIT valuation as well as asset level analysis, and WSP looks like its all REIT valuation.

Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the thought. That was what I was thinking of more because i'm interested in a development/acquisitions type roll in the future.
