What is the correct definition/formula for Entry NIY and NOI Yield (Stabilisied)
Hi there,
What is the correct definition/formula for Entry NIY and NOI Yield (Stabilisied)
E.g. Entry NIY = NOI based on market rent today NOI Yield (Stabilised) = NOI based on market rent in x years’ time
E.g. Entry NIY = NOI based on occupancy at completion NOI Yield (Stabilised) = NOI based on occupancy after some time from completion
E.g. Entry NIY = NOI at completion NOI Yield (Stabilised) = NOI after some time from completion, therefore is higher due to indexation
Any advice or guidance on the above would be great.
Many thanks,
