What is the general path to real estate private equity?
I am currently a rising sophomore in college and I am interested in working in real estate private equity. What is the general path to working as an analyst for a top real estate private equity firm? Also, is there a path that doesn’t involve working in IB? Lastly, what is the salary progression like?
