Recently came across a job posting for an associate position in Transaction Real Estate at EY. The description is incredibly vague and does its best to mix in as many corporate buzzwords as it can, but did mention options analysis, development analysis, strategic analysis.
To the people that are familiar with it, is it a decent opportunity to get deal experience or are they just embellishing?
