What makes a great Asset Management person/team?
Sort of a weird question but what is expected of Asset Managers. Currently I work at a large REIT in AM and have been wondering ways I can provide value to the company.
What sort of things do you all think would be helpful for upper management to receive? I guess just trying to be more predictive.
