What models do you wish were out there?

As a debt underwriting analyst a huge part of my job is just working with models and numbers. One this I find is that I get a lot of spreadsheets from clients that then take a lot of reworking and editing before I can get that info into the model. One example is I made a model that sorts rent rolls so I don't have to go line by line and organize it.

I was wondering if there were any tools or models out there that you guys wish you had to help you streamline your job? It can be realistic or something completely out there.
