What non-real estate success/strategy/life organization BOOK has had the great ROI thus far in your life?
As we are in 2017 and am sure we are all looking to get the most out of the coming year, this topic could be useful to us all.
To answer my own question, I would say Think and Grow Rich^ having read it or listened to it (via YouTube while working, walking or cleaning apt) many times over the past few years.
