What skills, books, materials should I learn/read/do before my Internship starts?

I am fortunate enough to get an internship offer for next summer for a real estate private equity firm on the acquisitions side as a rising sophomore. I would love to get a return offer for my junior year, and don't want to fuck it up.

I know the basics regarding real estate technicals and have a beginner-intermediate understanding of excel/powerpoint (know v-lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas, etc). I plan on taking an advanced excel course in the spring so my excels skills are fresh for the internship.

I was wondering what I should learn, read, do before next summer that would help me hit the desk running? Thanks.
