What to expect from an entry level modeling test right out of college?
I have a lot of interest in debt and equity placement, REIB at a brokerage, and acquisitions. I have the BIWS real estate course, but I am trying to get a feel for what to expect coming straight out of undergrad.
If any of you have the BIWS modeling course, maybe there is a lesson or case study in there that would be great examples of entry level tests.
