We take all the stuff people send us at Christmas and do a white elephant exchange, I have a nice backpack with JLL embroidered on it that was full of bottles of wine (we get so much wine it gets combined with the other items)
I also got a mantle clock for working there 5 years.
I've got a CBRE Dallas Multifamily portable charger that saved my ass at the Rose Bowl a few years back; it kept me going through a glorious double-overtime and has a special place in my heart. Fucker can recharge a phone in like 10 minutes and holds like three charges.
Grow up
I have a ceramic house with a cat painted on it that our Dutch partner gave us. According to him, this is commonplace in the Netherlands. I have zero clue if he is simply trolling us or not, but the ceramic house remains.
On the other end of this - I toured one of our investors through a project and our GCs made her wear standard PPE. She loved the tinted eye protection glasses so much because they "felt good on her cheeks" that she asked if she could keep them. For reference, this lady's family literally owns a castle and she is personal friends with the Queen of England. Her family gained their wealth financing wars, like the War of 1812. In a way, she's already paid for not only those glasses, but all of the eye protection on site. I made sure to dig out a brand new pair from the box for her.
I have several tombstones that are replicas of the buildings that are pretty cool, but my favorite swag item is an inflatable, remote controlled blimp that I was sent after a closing.
All of those gifts sound pretty sweet. Do you keep the building replicas on display?
I have my two favorite in my office at home. The rest are in a box. All of them came from my old job, so it felt weird to take them into the office.

My favorite is the tattoo I got of my prestigious firms name on my ballsack during one of our happy hours, when they brought it in a complementary tattoo service for us. Every time I chick is about to give me head, she realizes how privileged she is to suck off an analyst at Starwood.
