Best and worst stories, regarding mentorship when just starting out in CRE?   

How did your mentor really help you succeed? What type of information was provided, frequency of feedback given, magnitude of direction/support? 

Any horror stories you would like to share, without being facetious? 

Or were you thrown to the wolves, no or minimal mentorship, when finding your way/making your path?  

I'm referring to agents/brokers. 

Investment sales or leasing, doesn't matter.
