When talking about hours worked per week does that include breaks?
If I work 9-6 everyday but with a 1 hour lunch, am I working 9 hours a day (45 hours a week) or 8 hours a day (40 hours a week)?
Figure out what you want to do / enjoy before worrying about the hours. To answer your question, it generally means hours online / at the office. So yes, it does include lunch I guess.
