When to leave first job?

About to come up on a year at my first job and while I’ve learned a lot, there is still some ways to go before I am truly proficient. I feel like I’d be leaving some knowledge on the table if I were to pivot to another area of the industry.

I don’t want to fall for the grass is greener mentality, but opportunities are presenting themselves that are pretty compelling.

Is there a general guideline for how long to stay at first job?

When you feel there is nothing left to learn (lack of deal flow, not given more tasks, people not being good mentors) and if you want to just do something else / do something else with someone else because maybe culture sucks.

It's an entirely personal thing, you're not going to get a good answer because everyone is different
