Where can I find LTV data for trading comps?
So, I'm trying to spread comps on the latest core office deals in the area. Only thing I'm missing is the LTV of those deals. Could anyone point me to where I can find such data? Thanks!
If you have access to Bloomberg Terminal or securitization tapes then you will find them there
Could you sir give me the screen/function name for Bloomberg? I don't seen any debt-related datapoints on the latest transactions screen.
“LLKU” and you can filter down to location and property type to find what you want. Would be easiest to export the loan list and find LTV’s that way.
