Where could I Pivot from small team in NJ?

Currently, I'm a financial analyst 6 months in on a CRE Debt, Equity, & Structured Finance team in NJ.

Curious to know where I could move to within CRE. Maybe a large brokerage team, or a bank?

Any insight?
