Where would you buy a rental property outside of the city but in the teo-state area?
I’m trying to diversify my portfolio and am thinking of buying a rental property but am not interested in the high prices of the city but want to be able to visit the site with some frequency. Are there any towns just outside the city (ie somewhere in Long Island or west Chester) that you’d recommend looking at? Thanks so much!
Check out New Rochelle in Westchester, lot's going on in the downtown and when eastside access is finished, the MTA train reroute will mean New Rochelle will be the last metro-north station that you can get a train to both Penn Station and Grand Central (assuming MTA doesn't implode from budget cuts...).
Would you mind going off anonymous so I can pm?
