Honestly both are large, multi-strategy asset managers with huge real estate groups. I have mad respect for both, friends at both. I'd say PGIM has the longer, consistent history, where Nuveen is an amalgamation by acquisition (TIAA-CREF + Nuveen + Henderson as well as other smaller groups over time), so more "history" to PGIM by right. 

Not sure the motivation of the OP, looking for a job? Or looking for a manager? Personally, I like Nuveen's co-investment for development platform, but PGIM good there too!  

 

Thanks everyone. Does anyone know what pay is like at Nuveen? At the analyst level? I have a friend who works at PGIM RE so I’m familiar with their analyst pay
