Which Large Developers Give % of Dev Fees?
I’m hearing a few shops will at MD level, but can’t pin down which ones. It’s my understanding that Greystar, Wood, Mill Creek, and Crescent do not.

I was under the impressions most firms give development partners a split of the development fees. I've heard Woodfield Development does.
