Lots of the lenders and brokerages will have insights. You can siff through the BS pretty easily. Also if you get onto the BBG terminal at some point a lot of desks will give you information.

Linneman and local real estate news relevant to areas I’m active in l. I spent a whole lot more time talking to other people about what they’re seeing than I do reading what is reported.
Have heard many times from people that actually do the deal that publications can get things way wrong. Would look to network with people in the industry.
